American Tasting Institute Honors Berkeley Farms with Two Show Medal
Berkeley Farms is proud to announce their most recent recognition for pure, wholesome and good-tasting dairy products.
The American Tasting Institute (ATI) awarded Berkeley Farms the American Taste Gold Medal and Best of Show Medal for the whole, low-fat, and non-fat milk categories.
The ATI¹s prestigious panel of professional chefs judged the dairy products on the basis of appearance, freshness, and taste. Berkeley Farm¹s milk was judged "excellent" in all categories. Chef Jesse Sartain, founder of the American Tasting Institute, explained the basis for judging. "These are incredible Epicurean times. Products are of unparalleled quality never before seen in culinary history. For this reason, Berkeley Farms¹ Excellent product rating and receipt of a Taste Gold Medal are truly exemplary."
